Multidisciplinary evaluation & planning

We offer a comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation in the setting of a single clinic visit.

Patient records, images and available pathology are reviewed in a conference on the day of the visit. Evaluation is involved a multidisciplinary team of pathologist, radiologist, medical oncologist, surgeon and radiation oncologist.

Together, they develop a treatment plan specifically for each patient. The goals of this multidisciplinary approach are to improve outcome by:

• Shortening time between identification of a cancer and development of a treatment plan.

• Decreasing the waiting time between different subspecialist appointments.

• Speeding the time from diagnosis to the initiation of therapy.
